The EC5-CAB water conditioning system goes beyond water softening to also filter, clarify, and polish your water, as well as reduce any ferrous iron it contains. This computer-controlled model is designed to ensure an uninterrupted supply of high-quality water for your home. It calculates and uses the optimal amount of salt or potassium chloride and water at each regeneration based on household water usage.

How It Works
Ion Exchange — Untreated water flows into the resin tank, where hardness ions are retained in and on the special RainSoft resin.
Carbon Bed Filtering — The newly softened water can be further polished and clarified when it passes through an optional carbon bed.
Hardness Flushed Away — Perfectly conditioned water exits the EC5-CAB tank for household use, while hardness ions are flushed out and down the drain.
