Michael Burdick
Owner & Lead Water Treatment Specialist
Michael Burdick founded R & M Clearwater and Air, Inc. in 2014 to bring RainSoft's world-class water treatment technology to Gulf Coast families. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in water softening, reverse osmosis, PFAS removal, and iron/sulfur treatment, Michael has personally tested and treated thousands of homes across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
Rebecca Burdick
Co-Owner & Operations Director
Rebecca Burdick co-founded R & M Clearwater and Air, Inc. alongside Michael in 2014, overseeing daily operations, customer relations, and business growth. Under her operational leadership, the company has expanded from a local Wiregrass dealership to the Gulf Coast's premier water treatment provider, serving 330+ cities across three states.
